Kendall W. Carroll - CPA

Kendall W. Carroll holds a CPA license issued by the Georgia State Board of Accountancy in 1985. His forty years of diverse experience includes work in public accounting, manufacturing, construction, and distribution. The last twenty-five years were spent providing operational and financial oversight of the private business assets owned by a high net worth, family trust. Responsibilities during this tenure began in the Controller position and progressed to CFO and VP duties. Ken has extensive experience in P&L management, budgeting and planning, merger and acquisition analysis and subsequent due diligence, retirement and benefit plan administration, human resources, and property and casualty insurance management.
